About Us

Welcome to Wish & Wrap ~ a project started by 3 friends - Sharon, Nora & Ana. 

Our story goes back to 2019, when Nora and her husband were expecting their first baby. Everyone was really excited with this news as this would be the first baby in our group of friends. Unfortunately, our lack of experience also meant we had absolutely no idea what to give Nora for her baby shower. Looking back at this time, most of the gifts Nora and her husband received were cute onesies and stuffed toys.

In August 2020, Nora delivered a beautiful baby girl Murphy and while this was an exciting time in her life, Nora faced quite a few struggles breastfeeding and eventually made the decision to bottle feed, a decision that made everyone involved happier at the time.

Fast forward a year later, another one of our friends was expecting a baby and it was at this critical juncture, that the three of us decided to create a gift box for both mum and baby, focusing on quality products that were absolutely useful. If the item was not useful, it didn't get added to the box. We included hot/cold breast pads, lactation cookies, a breastfeeding tea, muslin wraps for the baby and a silicone baby feeding set! Needless to say, our friend could not stop raving about how much these products aided her on her new journey.

After seeing how much it helped our friend navigate her new mum struggles, we decided to use our backgrounds, Nora in Social Media & Marketing, Ana in Buying and Product Management,  and Sharon in Business, Finance & Taxation, to create our own boutique online store. After meticulous market research and speaking with new mums over the span of an entire year - Wish & Wrap was born!

Our hope and vision is to help as many new mums out there as possible with navigating this beautiful time in their lives.
