Return Policy
If you are not completely happy with your purchase - we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date the item is delivered to request a return. All eligible returns will be accepted for store credit in the form of a gift card which will expire 12 months from the date of issue.
Sale & Promotional Items: Please note that Items purchased on sale or during a promotional period are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items that have been personalised cannot be returned.
To start a return, please contact us at returns@wishandwrap.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. We also recommend using a tracked service when sending items back to us as we will not be responsible for any items that have not been successfully delivered back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as lactation biscuits), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as breast hot/cold pads). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once you receive your gift card, make a separate purchase for the new item.
